As a buyer, you have the option to return delivered items within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period, the item may be viewed, assessed and/or tried out as is also possible in a store, unless stated otherwise. Most products may be returned within 14 days, unless stated otherwise. The standard shipping costs (with normal dimensions and weight) are:

• € 35,00 Luxembourg

The shipping costs are also shown once you place an order.

Almost all packages are shipped with DHL. As soon as we register your package with the courier, you will receive (if we have a correct e-mail address) a confirmation with a track-and-trace link.

You can pay at Remotecontrolparts via Mollie. Mollie offers you the following payment options:

• iDeal (only suitable in the Netherlands)
• Master Card
• VISA
• PayPal

We also offer you the option to pay on account, for which you must register as a company in advance. If you have any questions about the payment methods or if you want to pay on account with an existing account, please contact us.

Yes, you can pay by credit card. When you place your order, you can indicate how you want to pay with the payment method. Here you choose to pay via PayPal. Then you can indicate whether you want to pay with an account or via your credit card. Choose pay with credit card here, fill in your details. At the end you can indicate whether you want an account. Click on no here. Then on “Pay now”. You have now paid via PayPal with your credit card.
